Our work focuses on changing perceptions, initiating healthy dialogue and encouraging daily self-care habits so that individuals are empowered, educated and open to seeking support from the right mental health resources and professionals.
We believe that the current stigma and stereotypes about mental health stem from dangerous misrepresentations and fear-mongering dialogue n media and culture.
Although we are seeing more mental health resources for each community, there is still a struggle to get people to these resources.
We hope to bridge this gap through honest and colourful products that serve as an entry point for conversations about mental health.
